Chris Johnson joined TSS Wealth Management in late 2019, and currently is serving as the Director of Wealth Management. With his designation as a Certified Financial Planner,™ he plays a vital role in overseeing the "Client Experience" and managing the financial planning services offered by the firm.
Having accumulated 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and a diverse background to his role. He has previously worked at large financial institutions, which has provided him with valuable insights and a deep understanding of the industry. Chris is passionate about serving others and takes great joy in coaching his clients. He values the relationships he builds, and strives to make a positive difference in their lives through comprehensive planning and guidance.
Chris holds a Master's degree from Northwest Missouri State University. This academic background, coupled with his extensive experience and professional certifications, positions him as a trusted advisor in guiding clients towards their financial goals.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Chris enjoys traveling and has already explored five continents, is an avid college football fan, and has a keen interest in discovering new food. In addition, Chris dedicates his time to coaching youth sports and actively contributing to the development and growth of young athletes. He is also involved with philanthropic organizations such as the Make a Wish Foundation and the MPS Society.
Ernest Tyler is one of the founding partners of Tyler, Simms & St. Sauveur, CPA's, P.C. His areas of focus include business and individual taxation, estate and succession planning, and advising businesses on operational efficiencies to help them achieve their financial goals. Through his strategic insights and comprehensive understanding of financial matters, Ernie assists clients in optimizing their tax positions, planning for the future, and ensuring smooth business transitions.

Kenneth Goodrow has been a part of Tyler, Simms & St. Sauveur CPAs, P.C. since 1995, demonstrating his long-standing commitment to the firm and its clients. With several years of experience in the field, Ken has developed expertise in various areas of accounting and auditing.
Ken obtained his Bachelor's degree from Merrimack College. Mitch began his career with Tyler, Simms & St.Sauveur CPA's P.C. in 2012, and his dedication and expertise lead to him becoming a partner in 2022. Within the firm, he has emerged as one of the prominent leaders in the automotive retail niche, specializing in various aspects of dealership operations. His areas of expertise encompass audit and attest services, tax planning and preparation, consulting, and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on franchise and independent dealerships. His comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry enables him to provide valuable insights and guidance to his clients.
